Went down extremely well with family and friends, and myself of course. They continued raving about how tasty they were for days. Delicious recipe.I wasn't sure about the wensleydale at first but it really does give it a lovely subtle tasty tang. I made sure they were well seasoned and I tried the recipe to the letter.See no reason to change it. Definate family favourite now.

I made these recently and they were delicious although I think 2 per person is a little too much for me. Will definitely be on the menu again, as incredibly easy to make, I spread a little dijon mustard onto the pastry first before adding the filling and they turned out perfectly!

I made these for a quick Saturday lunch. The family loved them so much they begged for them on Sunday too! I'm not complaining as they were so quick and tasty. I think it is an ideal dish to experiment with different combinations too.
