Quick and easy brunch or light tea time bite

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 2 Large cans of tomato soup
  • 1 Large can of sweetcorn
  • 1 Bag of grated mature chedder
  • (optional) Crusty bread and butter to accompany

Method

    1. Empty content of soup in large pan
    2. Drain sweetcorn and add to pan of soup and bring to the boil
    3. Portion soup into individual bowls
    4. Add generous helping of grated cheese on top
    5. Warm custy loaf in the oven and butter - (Nothing better than dipping bread in soup !)
    6. Couldn't be easier and finger licking good !
