- 1 fat garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tbsp low-salt soy sauce
- 4 pork leg steaks, trimmed of excess fat
- 4 heads bok choi, halved lengthways

Method
- Mix the ketchup, garlic and soy sauce together in a large bowl, then add the pork and rub in the sauce. Leave to marinate for 10 mins. Heat grill to medium-high.
- Put the chops on a non-stick baking tray and grill for 10 mins, turning and basting with any leftover sauce, until cooked through. 3 Heat a large frying pan and stir-fry the bok choi with a splash more soy sauce for about 2 mins until
