Barbecue pork with bok choi

A Chinese-inspired meal that you can make tonight with little fuss

Method

  1. Mix the ketchup, garlic and soy sauce together in a large bowl, then add the pork and rub in the sauce. Leave to marinate for 10 mins. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Put the chops on a non-stick baking tray and grill for 10 mins, turning and basting with any leftover sauce, until cooked through. 3 Heat a large frying pan and stir-fry the bok choi with a splash more soy sauce for about 2 mins until
