So simple and yet so incredibly tasty! Absolutely loved this meal and will be a regular in our house from now on. It would be lovely with other herbs & spices but we really enjoyed the Moroccan flavours.

This was transformed the leftover veg in the bottom drawer of the fridge. No chicken but still delicious, served with lemon and coriander couscous. Great for lunch next day too.

Lovely meal, made my own seasoning with cumin, Coriander, ginger, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Served it with spicy cous cous. Highly recommended:)

Every time I make this it's a hit with everybody. Great dish and full of flavour.

Have made this several times and for different people. Full of flavour, a hit with all.

Thoroughly delicious, easy to prepare and practically cooks itself! I substituted the parsnips (cos I didnt have any) for a green pepper and a sweet potato which was delightful. Made up the Moroccan spice from another recipe on here (5 a day Moroccan tagine) easy peasy. Nicely flavourful without being too hot. A filling and healthy meal as described! Have enough left for tomorrow plus a wrap with the veg for lunch. Great!

Easy and delicious

Really enjoyed this but would probably fry some chicken pieces and throw them into the mix rather than roast chicken quarters next time. It would make it much easier to eat.
Lots of flavour. Would recommend -why not, eh?

Wasn't very keen on parsnips as too much sweetness but have done again and left out and much prefer. The next day it tastes even better!

super easy and tasty - clean plates alround. I used chicken thighs and made up my own moroccan seasoning. nomnomnom

This is one of my favourite recipes. I often ditch the chicken and cook up big batches for lunch through the week. Reheats well, is delicious and very filling.
Serve with couscous if you're really hungry!

Served this with plain rice and it was lovely. I bought Schwartz Moroccon Seasoning from Tesco in case anyone is wondering where to get it. There wasn't enough of a kick for me so think I'll use a little more of the seasoning next time.

Really tasty, the moroccan seasoning on the chicken tasted great and the veges were yummy too. This is now a family favourite!

Making this tonight - it sounds great and I will let you know how it goes. I have made my own Moroccan Seasoning after a bit of research on the Net ( can't find ready made in Cyprus). I used cumin, coriander, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, allspice and cinnamon.

Used an extra tin of chickpeas & potatoes as we didn't have enough carrots or parsnips. Lovely stuff!
