Know-how

These are simple to make but look like you've gone to a lot of trouble. Cut the bread into circles with a small pastry cutter or just slice into squares.

I made this for a come dine with me i have been doing with my friends. I could not find sourdough bread and had to use sourdough fresh baked baquette, it went down a storm everyone loved it and i would definately make this again. I had to replace the pink peppercorns for mixed but i had clear plates so that says it all.

Wow! Tried this and came out fantastic! I bought some of these from Asda once & my local deli recently (chatsworth farm shop). They are called Boilie and are produced by Fivemiletown Creamery. Its a lot easier to buy the product ready made and they also come with a tasty garlic oil that you can use for salads.
