Really tasty and a great quick snack. I made it for my children after school and their plates were cleared within minutes. I will definately be making this recipe again and again.

It needs cooking a lot longer than suggested, and I don't think it would be enough to do breakfast for two people. I ended up making cheese on toast to go along with it, we all preferred the cheese on toast which was much easier!

I decided to use a different variety of bread like french sticks and crusty white loaves to give it a more rustic feel. Maybe not for two people but as comfort food for one as a breakfast lunch or dinner
