Avocado on toast
Super-simple, but a healthy breakfast alternative - and something new to put on your toast!

Preparation and cooking times
- While your bread is toasting, half an avocado. Slice the flesh lengthways, ready to scoop out. As soon as your toast is ready, pile the avocado on (you'll need to mash it down a little), then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

- half a ripe avocado
- salt, preferably Maldon
- fresh black pepper
