Really like this - quick and simple, tastes great - and a good way of using up odds and ends of cheese.

I made these for a pre-wedding brunch and served them with Bucks Fizz, green salad and fresh bread. So simple to prepare and very tasty, but I couuldn't quite contain my egg fully in the tart so there was some escaping egg white!

These are great. I made them for a breakfast I had for 30 people. I fried bacon and put it on the top after it was cooked instead of the chorizo. Very yummy :)
