  I made double the quantity and put it in sizeable containers in the freezer. My neighbour had some, as she is not very well at the minute and thoroughly enjoyed it. We can all definately recommend it.

  Really easy to make and very nice. I like my soups a little thicker so next time will add a little less stock. Will certainly make this again and will try adding croutons.

  Lovely jubbly. I used double cream instead of single, and sneaked a couple of carrots in too as they needed using up. Very good indeed.

  Used semi skimmed milk instead of single cream. If you use slightly less stock than the recipe suggests and slightly more milk thank the 142 ml suggested for single creme the resul is stil lovely and creamy.
