Made this to take round a friend's just before Christmas and she now thinks I'm Superwoman, doesn't know how I manage it with a 3 month old, etc. Didn't tell her how easy it was! Mixed up a double quantity to make a cake for Christmas and one for Boxing Day, my diabetic sister in law had one bite and loved me because that was enough for her to feel like she'd been naughty and spoiled herself.

First time using an internet recipe - what a success! This is a very very easy recipe - all the things you have in the cupboard and it tasted even better the next day. Made it for dinner party - too good to give to the guests !!!!

I've made chocolate brownie before but never as good as this! It was fab - making it again this morning to take to friends for New Year's Eve dinner. I'm going to add some of the left over Christmas 'After Eight' Mints to the top as it bakes to give it a minty taste - will report back next time!

Just wanted to add, I made this again but used 80% cocoa chocolate - warning - don't! It didn't mix as nicely as plain and when cooked left a thick dark layer in middle and not gooey as usual :(

I am new to cooking. I made this recipe today. I found it so easy and they are the best brownies I have ever tried. Even if I do say so myself. Honestly, they are better than any shop bought rubbish.

This recipe came out great a bit hard round the edges but it tasted great and the texture was soft and chewy in the centre. This was a fantastic reacipe for me to use in my platinum award in food technology. :D

This was really good. I used Terry's chocolate orange instead of plain or milk chocolate and it went down a treat :)

I love this, if you leave it too cool and cut into little squares it makes them perfect to pick at as a snack. Brilliant and sticky!

One of the easiest cakes I've made. Really yummy, chewy and gooey in the middle with a delightful crust on top. Added a small bag of crushed pecans and served warm with vanilla ice-cream. Will definitely make this again.
