Gorgeous!! Easy to make. I added chopped hazelnuts and almonds to the top for extra crunch/texture! Highly recommend. Easy to make with children too (with adult supervision).

Made this for work but nearly kept it for home as it was so nice! Easy to make and tastes out of this world. Fantastic warm and out of the oven for a pudding (would be nice with vanilla ice cream) but works equally well once cold. Will be making again (and again...)

I added some walnuts to the mixture. Think it definitely needed them. But brownies were so yummy!! Served with ice cream. Delicious!

This is simply divine....crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside. I didn't have the fruit to go with it, so made a raspberry coulis and the combination was great. I'll certainly make this one again.

This is simply gorgeous. Crunchy on the outside and deliciously gooey on the inside - I make this every couple of weeks and everybody loves it - family and friends just can't get enough of it and it never last very long. A real winner for choccie lovers.

I followed the recipe exactly but found it to be incredibly gooey in the middle and crispy on the outside, had to put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes, even when it already had 30 minutes in the oven and it was still swidgy in the middle. Still nice but not sure about the recipe/cooking times??? Seems to be missing something...???

I had to adapt this recipe as I didn't have all the ingredients, but wanted to try it. Eended up using dark and plain chocolate and half a terry's chocolate orange (milk) and also mostly brown sugar instead of caster sugar (about 50g as this was all I had left) - still amazing!

This is honestly one of the best brownie recipes I have ever tried and tasted! It's so simple to make, uses simple ingredients and doesn't need any fancy expensive chocolate or ingredients. It cooks perfectly and tastes divine! I did it in a baking tray and cut it up into brownies and the whole family loved it, made them late at night, came down the next morning and there were only a few left!!!! Will definitely be making again and again. Faultless!
