Just made this for the 3rd time and again it has turned out perfect. Crunchy on the edges and soooo gooey in the middle. It never lasts long in my house, the kids and hubby love it ; )

this was easy to make but made the mistake of putting it back in the oven for longer as the centre didnt seem to set but as it cools the centre sets and is lovely and gooey.

Amazing recipe. I can't eat chocolate so I edited this recipe to make it suitable. I added 2 more tablespoons of golden syrup instead of chocolate and used chai tea latte powder instead of cocoa powder! My family couldn't believe how good it was and are waiting for the next time I make it!

A bit to sweet and sticky for me. Made these twice in case I had got the recipe wrong the first time but still isn't my favourite recipe.

Fab brownie recipe. I made it on a rainy sunday afternoon and it was just what I needed !! I didnt have enough cooking chocolate so I used a spare snickers bar that was in the cupboard to make up the difference - it worked a treat, so much so will do the same next time :)

Ultimately the best brownies I've ever had or made. I made these for my little brother's birthday and he wanted the pieces square, so I baked the mixture in a couple of cake tins and they turned out exactly like the picture. It's a shame I only got to have two pieces!

i wanted to make something nice before i start healthy eating tomorow, i was quite dissapointed, the first few bites were nice and there wasnt much wrong with the flavour but i thought it was far too rich and after eating a piece i felt really sick. The recipy is also called brownie cake, its definitly a brownie, its not like cake.

I am an experienced cook, having baked many cakes over my 46yrs of married life, so I aint no beginner! However, I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with this recipe! With all those lovely ingredients I did expect something quite special, but it just didnt do it for me? I served it with softly whipped cream and fresh raspberries, but it still didnt do it for me. Just wondered if my flour was a bit old, but its got plenty of time left on its s.b.d. so I dont know. As you can see from my profile picture I'm no slouch when it comes to baking cakes. I have cut it into portions and frozen it, my husband seems to like it anyway! Happy baking people. ps: cooked it for about 10 mins longer from what it says on the recipe.

Just out of the oven and getting great reviews! Put it in the oven for 35 min and it is still REALLY gooey, so I definitely think that it needs more time in the oven than it suggests. Also, the outer parts got very crusty, maybe a bit too crusty? But overall the taste is very nice, I would just probably change the cooking directions.

I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfectly. The only thing i would say to watch out for is that when i took it out the oven after 30mins it looked like the middle was too runny so i put it in for a few minutes longer. Dont worry about this though cause its hardens as it cools so 30 mins is perfect :)

Wow! I made this last week but it stuck to the parchment, it tasted amazing though, even a few days later. I made again today and just greased a good tin and it came out perfectly. It is so so tasty! Best served with ice cream and strawberries or just eaten cold. It does need of ingredients but nothing you dnt have in and it really is very easy to make. Enjoy!

Very good indeed, it disappeared in no time!! I used a 23cm tin but next time I'll try a 20cm tin so that the cake is a little deeper.
