These sound great. I am going to try them substituting Henderson's Relish in place of Worcester Sauce.

They taste delicious but the mix is very dry. Next time I make them I will definitely increase the liquid. I bet they would be amazing with some crumbled blue cheese to.

I love the sound of this - I'm going to try it tomorrow. I'll bear in mind the comments about the mix being too dry - thanks!

These came out of the oven looking exactly the same as the picture!! Lovely recipe, I added a little more milk & my mix wasn't too dry but I think I might ease off the worcester a little next time.

made these today and agree that the mix needs a little more milk and perhaps, for my taste at least, a little less oil. I also used a combination of cheeses and substituted english coarse mustard for mustard powder. Next time I'm going to add some very finely chopped spring onions. I served mine with roasted cherry tomotoes that just may have had a splash or 7 of wine on them.. but then everything I cook has booze sneaked in there somewhere!

I have just made two batches of these fab muffins. The first I stuck to the recipe, appart from changing the mustard powder for dijon. The second batch as well as the dijoin I added some small cuts of smokey bacon, they went down a storm with my partners teenage sons. As previous comments state, it really does need more milk as mixture very dry otherwise.

I just made a batch of these muffins. They were very quick and easy to make. The possibilities of adding different ingredients are limitless. I added sundried tomatoes to one half and parma ham to the other. Unlike other comments my mixture wasn't too dry. The muffins are very light at least when they're warm.

Just made a batch of these and they are really light and fluffy. Tasty too, though I think I will add some bacon or sundried tomatoes next time. The mixture did look too dry when I mixed it all together so I added some extra milk and they turned out perfect.

I tried these, taking the advice to add a little more milk but still they turned out rubbish. I tried with and without cake cases and each time they just welded themselves to the tin or the case! I am dissapointed, they were a muffin disaster!

I have made these muffins several times now they certainly need a very strong cheese, I also increased the worcester sauce to add more flavour but the best I have done so far is to add a tablespoon of chipotle chillie sauce to the mix,wow what a flavour adds another star to my rating

I made these for my daughter's birthday party but unfortunately none of the kids liked them! I thought they were quite tasty although I should have used stronger cheese and they tend to stick to their paper cases. I used extra milk as well as per others' suggestions.
