These were great! Cooked the chicken with the sauce in a frying pan until it started to caramalise and then heated each wrap up from the warmth of the pan. 15 mins from start to finish and they were delicious!

My husband was not looking forward to these at all but he loved them - as did I. Very tasty and healthy alternative to duck and the major plus point is (as long as you have precooked your chicken) it can be knocked up in absolutely no time at all!!! Will definately be making this again and again but I will make extra to keep for lunch the next day!!!

First Class, Intelligent, Tasty Delicious easy recipe. I used Corn Tortilla' (El Paso) and some leftover organic Chicken legs and breast smothered in Hoisin Sauce (authentic) and added some Toms Cayenne pepper sauce and a touch of Tesco Red Chilli oil for added pzzazz. Definitely one to make again and again. A Winner.

Utterly adore them. I purchased 8 whole wheat wraps and tossed the ones I hadn't used in the freezer. The hoisin sauce can also be frozen in ice cube trays for when you need it. Next time I'm going to try making my own sauce and wraps. I used crunchy lettuce, spring onions and sliced up some sugarsnap peas I had left over. Crunchy veg works really well.

I absolutely love Hoisin Sauce (used to eat it straight out the jar as a kid) so was excited to try this recipe! I didn't have any pre-cooked chicken, so used chicken mini-fillets which I gently fried and then roughly shredded/pulled them apart into chunks with two forks! As the pan was hot (and I wanted to avoid more washing up) I just gently fried the shredded chicken in the hoisin rather than grilling it which seemed to work fine, and I added finely chopped spring onions for the last minute as I prefer them slightly cooked. I had some warm in a wrap with cucumber for lunch that day, and then saved the rest of the chicken (I used 500g of chicken and a 210g jar of hoisin with about 5 spring onions) in the fridge to use for the rest of the week's lunches! Worked out as a fairly quick, easy, cheap, healthy and very tasty lunch! Will definitely be making it again!
