I was a bit sceptical about this recipe at first, as the topping had so few ingredients, and I'm a huge baked cheesecake fan. But it looked so easy and was chocolate that I thought I'd give it a go, and boy am I glad I did. For a start it's incredibly easy and quick to make, and it taste utterly devine. I would advise using a good qualitity chocolate as I think you will notice it if you use a cheap one. But we all loved it so much first time round that I thought it was the perfect Easter Sunday dessert and have made it again today, I just can't wait for tomorrow to eat it!

I made this Friday for my daughters birthday, and it was sooo good. Very easy to make. I used chocolate graham crackers for the base and they worked out fine. A little goes a long way. Will definately be making again.

Try with less chocolate for a softer topping. JL

Absolutly delicious and perfect for chocoholics!!! Very rich so goes along way! Very easy to make! Only problem i had was that i did not get the marbled effect the chocolate all blended together, but this did not spoil the taste. I topped it with some mini eggs and it went down a treat!

This was amazingly good! I made it on Sunday to use up some mascapone and cream cheese I had left over, using chocolate digestives as that was all I had. I was so pleasantly surprised. Tomorrow is a friend's birthday and I am planning to make it again for his party.

I had a cheesecake orientated picnic for my birthday and this was the star attraction. It was incredibly quick and easy to make. It didn't really stay together very well though and I would try using both more biscuits and a bit more butter next time. It certainly didn't affect the taste however. It was gone within minutes and people are still talking about how delicious it was the next day. Will definitely make again, even if it does fall apart :)

A really quick and easy recipe. I couldn't get it to look streaky, but it still tasted great and i'm sure with practice it will look as good as the picture!

Easy to make, tasted like a thick bar of choc on biscuit, went down well with chocoholic friends and shall make again. My base also fell apart, would add sugar to it next time. Having read other comments re marbling tried very hard to get this right but alas still didnt work.

This was my first ever attempt at cheesecake so i opted for the basic recipe, but i must say it is absolutely gorgeous! If your a chocolate lover you will definitly like this. I would recommend using more butter to bind the biscuits, mixing the cheeses together more to make fluffy and using a deep tin as I only had shallow ones so made two cheesecakes! ha! Definitly try this recipe even if you have made many cheesecakes before.

Yum! i used cadbury chocolate and very dark choc, i used ginger biscuits mixed with digstive for base adn I made it into mini ones - using paper muffin cases in tins. This seems to have worked well but I've yet t serve it to anyone! The bit I tested from the bowl tasted good though!

Everything went perfectly. I used a few extra biscuits and a little more butter to make the base thicker and it held together fine. :)

still need to try this one but a quick tip for the biscuit base: crush, biscuits mix with melted butter (maybe a little bit more than mentioned here) press it into the springvorm with a spoon AND!!! then put it in the fridge for about 1 hour then take it out and follow the rest of the recipe. I always make a biscuitbase like this and it never falls apart
