This was delicious and so simple. I left out the Tia Maria since I was doing it for a family mid-week dessert but it still tasted great. I melted the butter with the chocolate to save time and beat the egg yolks before adding them to the mixture.

Really easy, just like it says! I've used Maya Gold chocolate instead of plain (leaving out the Tia Maria as we've got kids coming) - I'll let you know how it tastes!

Used amaretto instead. I think this would have been perfect if me and my housemates had the patience to wait for them to set :)

Gorgeous, and SO easy! I also melted the butter with the choc. I used Green & Blacks 70% and though it seemed a bit grainy at first, as the egg whites folded in it became very smooth. The result was a really rich, smooth, velvety treat which would make a great dinner party dessert.

Lovely, I made it for my husbands cousin because I broke one of his good Cognac glasses, an apology that worked!

My boyfriend made this for me last Sunday, to have after our roast dinner. We don't usually have puddings, but he wanted to try otu the beater attachment on the food processor I bought him one Christmas! We replaced the tia maria with cointreau, lovely touch. it was very nice, but despite folding the egg white in carefully, I felt it was a little flat and not 'moussey'. tasted ncie though, served with two white chocolate fingers and a little shortbread swirl for crunch, yum!

That was the easiest desert I've ever maid, and it's incredible. I did it without the Tia Maria (coz I had non), and with regular caster sugar, and everyone loved it!

This is so quick and easy! I replaced the Tia Maria with Chambord and served with raspberries and a chocolate shortbread. I found that it's best to beat in a spoonful of the egg white to the chocolate mixture to loosen it. Then it's easier to gently fold in the remaining egg white and you get a lovely light mousse.

This so quick and easy. I left out the Tia Maria and made a base out of some broken up shortbread biscuits and topped them with some chopped up strawberries - delicious!
