This recipe was FANTASTIC!!!!!! I made the sponge mix the day before and it still turned out brilliantly!!! The recipe is really easy and simple to follow. I would definitely make it again.

These puddings are delicious - we had them with the double cream as felt they would be too rich with the sauce, but served them with chocolate custard for the kids and they loved them. Ours were quite soft but we used 4 larger pudding moulds but they tasted great - made them and then heated them up later in the evening and were stil great.

These chocolate puddings are great! We make them nearly every weekend, they go great with some cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
