Absolutely delicious, as well as very quick and easy - this will become a staple for our week-night dinners. I added some shallow-fried cubes of pancetta, which seemed to go very well with the broccoli and gorgonzola I used, dolcelatte being unavailable on the day. (Also, I could find only double cream. Oh, dear; how sad; never mind!)

I cooked the dish for 6 people, including me. And no-one was amazed my it. I cooked it exactly as the recipe said and it tasted a bit boring to me. After adding some herbal salt it was good but not outstanding. I will not cook it a second time like this... My option: Broccoli as it said in the recipe with the gorgonzola-sauce and the gnocchi not baked but seperately fresh cooked. That should taste better. Plus some herbal salt...

So easy to make and really tasty. I used Stilton as I couldn't get hold of dolcelatte that day and it worked. The saltiness of the cheese added to it. Very filling!

I found this recipe far too rich and very salty. I only managed a small amount, but my boyfriend polished off a fair portion!
