  We enjoyed this one too. It was quick and easy. I would like to do it with fresh salmon. I'd cook it wrapped in foil in the oven first. Cool, flake then follow recipe as above.

  Simple delicious fast food. I used large salmon cutlet, microwaved 5 mins and fromage frais instead of creme fraiche

  I tried this with tinned tuna as not a fan of tinned salmon and it was really tasty.

  I used fromage frais instead of creme freche also.... thanks Hunnybee! Added sweetcorn also to up the veg content.. my two year old wolfed it down!

  This was very easy to put together and tasted good. I agree that maybe it could use a bit more salmon in it. I think it is a good base to add more vegetables to the mix for a quick and healthy meal. I bet you could use tuna too.

  After reading other reviews I was sceptical about the amount of salmon used but I was pleasantly suprised. The dish was really easy to do and was a quick and tasty midweek meal. I can't wait to try this dish with tinned tuna!

  This is one of my favorite recipes. Unfortunately in Portugal we can not get tinned salmon!!!!! Fresh salmon wasn't as nice. Have made it many times with tuna but it's not the same :(

  Totally yummy. I used two tins of Samon to bulk it up, plus i put in Tiger prawns. Instead of peas i used sweetcorn as my freezer has packed up and the supermarket diddnt have fresh peas. It was really easy to make plus my fella wolfed it up having seconds and taking the leftovers to work. I will defenetly be making this again.

  I also used 2 tins of salmon, such an easy meal to make. I added sweetcorn with peppers plus peas, it was yummy.

  I used hot smoked salmon instead of tinned, and added sauted onion and a mixture of frozen peas and chopped green beans. It was delicious!

  this was a really nice recipe... the only trouble i had was to buy a tin of salmon thatwas not de-boned so spent ages taking all the little bones out and it did not leave me with much salmon!! i too will cook a salmon fillet next timeand flake that... it was also really easy to make it just for one person... i just cooked however much i felt i needed and adaptedit form there....
