I would call that serving suggestion rather than a recipe. I must say I was disappointed. Thought it was a recipe of amaretti and some italian ice cream :(

I was hoping for an authentic amaretti recipe, as we need gluten free food. This is not a recipe. Might as well print a recipe for Cornish Pasty that said "Buy Pasty. Open packet. Eat." or a Burger recipe that said "Go to MacDonalds. Take kids." I'm quite grumpy now!

It might not be a recipe in the strictest sense but for someone stuck for something to finish a meal with, then this deserves its place as its simple, quick, light and tastes fine - as long as the ice-cream and biscuits are of good quality!

I have a quick and easy Frozen Souffle Recipe - you can use any Liquer! To make a quick & tasty alternative Ice Cream try: 125g Sugar | 3 Eggs separated plus 2 yolks | 6 Tbls Armaretto | 300ml Double Cream Boil the sugar with 2|3 Tablespoons of water until it drips off the spoon in a thin thread like trickle. Pour this syrup into the egg yolks and beat until in thickens & foams. Stir in the Armaretto. Whip the cream lightly and fold into the egg mixture. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Freeze for several hours before serving.
