Serves 1 - 1 Pancake

Two ingredients mixed together to create a delicious nutty pancake, perfect with raspberries or chopped banana

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
  • 1 medium egg
  • Any topping of choice

Method

    1. Place 2 tbsps of your chosen peanut butter into a bowl
    2. Crack in 1 egg
    3. Mix well until the ingredients are combined into a runny batter
    4. Preheat a frying pan, no oil
    5. Tip your batter into the hot pan allowing the edges to brown and raise away from the pan slightly, flip and repeat just like a normal pancake
    6. Serve immediately with any extra toppings, raspberries or bananas recommended
