Delicious comfort food. There are millions of ways to make Pasta Bolognese. I haÂÂve changed my method over the years and have got it down to a simple, reasonably fast process. It probably bears absolutely no resemblance to a proper Bolognese sauce but I don't care too much about that. I use whatever herbs are in the cupboard, but I always try to remember fresh thyme from the garden. I make this every week because, well, because, I like it!
