  It was really yummy but I reccommend using milk instead of water or juice. The milk is thicker and makes it frothy and creamy, whereas the water just makes it sludgey and the juice tastes bitter with all that other fruit...could be better...

  Have a smoothies for breakfast every morning with all types of fruit but using a banana as the base. Better with fat free milk and the add it a tablespoon or two of oats bran. Keeps you full for much longer ..precut and freeze yr fruit in sets for easy on the run breakfasts.

  I didn't have as much berries but I was just trying to use up my ripe bananas and berries. I added apple juice and then some Vimto sauce (that I normally use for ice cream), instead of honey. If I hadn't done this recipe as I explained, and did it properly, I'm sure it would taste even better.

  I never really like eating on a morning and so i thought instead I would give smoothies a try. I didn't use any honey as I don't like honey and I used a little low fat greek yogurt instead. But it was delicious and the recipe made enough for me to bottle up the rest and have it with my lunch. Lovely.

  This was oh-so-good! I will be making it over and over again. I think apple juice was the secret ingredient here, plus all the flavours just combined very nicely, none of them standing out too much. Highly recommended!

  I made this using bananas and blackberries with some sparkling mineral water, I also blended the honey in. It was really nice. I don't like creamy smoothies using milk or yoghurt because I find them sickly but this was refreshing and I will most definitely make it again!
