A creamy, sweet pudding that is very popular! Absolutely delicious, perfect for summers!

Ingredients

  • 150g Coconut Milk
  • 250g Milk
  • 50g Caster Sugar
  • 5g Agar

Method

    1. Soften the agar with water for 15 minutes
    2. Drain the agar
    3. Heat the Coconut Milk, Milk and Caster Sugar
    4. Then add the agar, heat gently (Don't let it boil as it might stick to the pan)
    5. Heat until completely melted
    6. Set it in either one large container or many small ones
