Ingredients

  • 2 DESIREE POTATOES
  • 1 KNOB OF BUTTER
  • A SPLASH OF MILK
  • 1 SPOT OF GARLIC PUREE
  • 1 TSP OF MIXED HERBS
  • SALT AND PEPPER

Method

    1. BOIL POTATOES IN A SAUCEPAN TILL SOFT
    2. DRAIN OUT WATER THEN ADD MILK, GARLIC PUREE, HERBS, BUTTER, SALT AND PEPPER
    3. MASH IN PAN TILL ALL LUMPS HAVE GONE, ADD MORE MILK SHOULD THE MIX LOOK TO DRY.
    4. THIS SERVED ONE PRESON COMFORTABLY, SO IF YOU NEED MORE JUST DOUBLE UP TO SUIT.
