Method

  • STEP 1
    BOIL POTATOES IN A SAUCEPAN TILL SOFT
  • STEP 2
    DRAIN OUT WATER THEN ADD MILK, GARLIC PUREE, HERBS, BUTTER, SALT AND PEPPER
  • STEP 3
    MASH IN PAN TILL ALL LUMPS HAVE GONE, ADD MORE MILK SHOULD THE MIX LOOK TO DRY.
  • STEP 4
    THIS SERVED ONE PRESON COMFORTABLY, SO IF YOU NEED MORE JUST DOUBLE UP TO SUIT.
