Put the pork, breadcrumbs, onion,
garlic, lemon zest, oregano and egg
in a bowl and season generously. Mix
together well and form into 6 patties.
Chill until ready to use.
To make the radish tzatziki, mix all the
ingredients together and season. Heat a
griddle pan to high. Rub the patties with
a tiny bit of oil and cook for 2-3 mins each
side. Serve with the tzatziki alongside,
scattered with more dill, if you like.
