Ingredients

  • 160ml milk
  • 260g plain chocolate
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

    1. in a medium sized sauce pan, melt chocolate in milk over low-medium heat. stir in vanilla and salt.
    2. pour mixture onto ungreased 20cm square tin, even out, Chill for several hours until set.
    3. cut into squares before serving.
