  • 200 gm Marie biscuits
  • 120 gm butter
  • 50 gm brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 75 gm Ovaltine powder
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 25 gm almond slices


    1. Crush biscuits in a rough mix with rolling pin. Not too fine.
    2. Melt butter, sugar, vanilla essence, flour, milk, Ovaltine powder in a pot at low heat.
    3. Put biscuits in tin and pour mixture over.
    4. After mixture cools, put in fridge to set for a day.
