Method

  1. Slice potatoes and carrots to desired thickness and bring to boil until par cooked Drain potatoes and carrots and pour into a oven proof dish
  2. Roughly slice leeks and wash to remove any dirt, then add to the dish Grate cheese over top
  3. For the crust all ingredients can be put into a food processor until a fine crumb and Spread crumb over the rest of the ingredients and bake at 150c for 1 hour

  • 100g cheese (grated)
  • for the Crust
  • 200g Brown bread
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium/1 large onion
