A hearty winter warmer

Ingredients

  • 300G OF MINCED BEEF
  • 1 TIN OF CHOPPED TOMATOES
  • 1 TIN OF RED KIDNEY BEANS
  • 1 ONION
  • 1 HANDFUL OF FROZEN MIXED PEPPERS
  • 1 TSP OF GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 TSP OF OREGANO
  • 1 TSBP OF TOMATO PUREE
  • 1 TBSP OF TOMATO KETCHUP
  • 1 HANDFUL OF FRESHLY CHOPPED PARSLEY
  • 1 TSP OF CHILLI POWDER
  • 1 TSP OF CUMIN
  • 1 TSP PAPRIKA
  • 1 TBSP OF VEGETABLE OIL
  • SEA SALT AND CRACKED BLACK PEPPER TO SEASON

Method

    1. ADD OIL TO PAN, THEN ADD CHOPPED ONIONS ON MEDIUM HEAT WHEN STARTING TO COLOUR TURN DOWN HEAT THEN ADD MINCED BEEF AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
    2. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES, PUREE, TOMATO SAUCE & REST OF INGREDENTS BIT BY BIT STIRING AS YOU GO TO BIND.
    3. BEFORE ADDING KIDNEY BEANS EMPTY INTO CULINDAR AND RISE WITH BOILED WATER, ADD MIXED PEPPERS AT THE SAME TIME.
    4. SERVE WITH BOILED RICE, ENJOY !!
