  I have made this recipe time and time again and it never fails to impress. Try using Green and Blacks Maya chocolate, the orange flavour cuts the richess of the cake.

  Lovely - it's a giant brownie! Made this to take to a friend's house for lunch and both adults and kids polished it off. Should be called Vanishing Cake.

  Very easy to make and a good result. I used Lindt 85% cocoa solids chocolate. It tasted very nice, however i've only given it a rating of 4 because it's a bit on the dry side. It could do with a bit more moisture. If i make it again i'd add another egg.

  Delicious! Made one this afternoon to take to a PTA coffee morning tomorrow, tried a small slice just to check it was ok first :-) it was so lovely I immediately made another one for me, hubby & the kids to have tonight! Very easy to make too.

  I made this for my son's friend's birthday dinner. It was absolutely delicious but even after doubling the cooking time, it didn't cook through. No-one else seems to have had this problem so I will make it again to ensure I didn't do anything silly. Because it was so liquid, we mashed it up with vanilla ice cream and loved every bite.

  such a delicious cake! and from such a quick preparation - less than 10 mins it produces a rich and moist cake that is at the same time quite light. defininately a keeper!

  I made this recipe yesterday and as Vanita suggested used Green & Blacks Maya orange chocolate, I did make a mistake in that I melted all 225 gms (my Domestic Science teacher would be tutting that I didn't read the method through properly - oops does that give my age away) and therefore had no chunks/chips to add in later, which I thought might make it really heavy. I was disappointed that I made it in a 23cm pan as I think it would have looked better cooked in the 20cm pan (ie deeper) and more like the photo. Needed 5 mins more on the cooking time but I suspect that was because of the extra melted chocolate! I brought it in for my colleagues today for their elevenses and great comments all round.
