  Simple, yet nutritiously delicious! Tuna steaks are always a treat, and the lovely light lemon-tomato marinade in this recipe gives the dish a mediteranean freshness that blends beautifully with the cous cous. The trickiest part of this recipe is getting the tuna steak to a perfect 'medium-rare'; be cautious of frying time in relation to the type of pan and strength of heat your stove uses.
