Ingredients

  • 2 small fresh figs

1 dsp light flavoured honey, for example Acacia

  • 1 tbsp thick Greek low fat yoghurt. We like Fage Total
  • 1 tsp flaked almonds

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut the figs in half & place in a microwaveable dish. Cook on full power for approx 1 min
  • STEP 2
    Transfer figs to serving bowl or plate & drizzle with honey
  • STEP 3
    Top with the yoghurt & flaked almonds
