Preparation and cooking times
- Place the spinach on the flatbread
- Add the chopped peppers, onion and tomatoes
- Lay the asparagus spears across the top
- Drizzle with olive oil and add seasoning
- Bake at 180C/fan 160C normal
- Tear over the cold mozzarella to serve
