Ingredients

  • 20g Porridge oats
  • 150g greek yoghurt
  • 1 dssrt spoon of apricot compote
  • 2 tbsp of fresh orange juice
  • 4 tbsp of full fat milk
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey
  • 2 tsp flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • Half banana
  • 1 tbsp Greek honey to serve

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix the oats into the yoghurt then add the milk, compote, honey and orange juice and stir until throughly mixed together.
  • STEP 2
    Stir in the nuts and raisins then leave to stand for ten minutes in the fridge.
  • STEP 3
    When ready to eat slice the banana on top and drizzle with greek or acacia honey.
