Method

Dissolve a sachet of Japanese miso soup mix in a bowl with boiling water. Add a dash soy sauce, diced silken tofu and a good sprig of watercress.

I'm sorry, but can you actually call this a recipe. It's a packet mix, with tofu and cress thrown into it. BASIC

I love this recipe as it keeps my children (proud mother of five!) nice and slim, as with all of the fast food options these days I am actually quite concerned about BMI's etc. Highly recommended x

This shouldn't even be on here. It's like saying how to make a curry.. Take a jar of curry sauce and add meat/vegetables.

Not very inventive, is it? But at least it's vegan, which is good. (Atleast it's vegan if one uses a vegan miso soup sachet!)
