Taste team comment

'At first I was a bit unsure, but this tasted fantastic and couldn't have been simpler. The cookie dough worked really well with the fruit. I'll make this crumble again for sure.'

Took a punt on this as I wanted a really easy dessert and this was delicious; really impressed everyone. I would use more dough though as it was yummy!

No ready mixed cookie dough in the supermarket, so used a dry mix, still a very quick, easy and yummy recipe. Now fancy trying a ginger biscuit recipe for the dough... Mmm, or oatmeal cinnamon and raisin... Lots of variation ideas
