Method

Lightly whip the double cream in a large bowl, then crumble in the meringue nests. Carefully fold in the sliced bananas, (use 5 or 6 depending on size), and swirl in the toffee sauce. Spoon into the 6 dishes, then scatter over a handful of the pecan nuts and drizzle with a little more toffee sauce.

I used carnation banoffee toffee instead of Merchant brand, was just as lovely. Didnt use nuts but will try next time. Delicious pudding, had ours after a bar b q.

Fantastic recipe!
So easy to do. I "poshed it up" by serving it neatly on big plates and piping my guest's names on the rim :)
It got a great reaction for such an easy dish.

I tried this one a while back and found it delicious. I changed it slightly by adding a few chopped dates, but delicious in its original format too!!!
