My wife and I tried this and found it very tasty. I did substitute the sirloin for fillet steak as that was the only steak I had in at the time .

I tried this recipe because my wife and I are on a diet - and I heartily recommend it. Was good and filling, I made salad to go with it and barely touched the salad! Though next time I will substitute the tablespoon of oil for spray oil.

Gorgeous! The salsa was so fresh; the corriander (which I'm not normally a fan of) really gives it a good kick. I too used fillet steak and it was delicious. I like to add a little cajun spice to the wedges after drizzling with oil, or spraying with low cal spray.

Absolutely beautiful!! Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed it (he wanted chips and baked beans but was really impressed). We will definitely have this this again, the salsa and sweet potato really complemented each other.

Sweet potato chips were delicious, paprika on steak was nice, salsa was not. I thought the ingredients would work well together but all you really get is the nasty raw onion.

Fantastic meal, i used spray oil instead of olive oil but served a bit of low fat coleslaw as well. Great recipe, will be making this again and again

Really good recipe and the salsa worked really well with the steak. Steaks however, were a little overdone so if your steaks are not as thick as above, ensure you adjust the cooking times.

Wow, this was lovely. I used basil instead of coriander as that's what I had in. Really quick and easy, and extremely tasty. Won't be buying bought salsa ever again!

I love this recipe, the salsa is absolutely delicious, cooked the steaks for less time as we like our steak medium rare. Loved it with the sweet potato chips too, although they need plenty of olive oil and a little longer in the oven to ensure they are crisp enough. Very fresh tasting, a lovely different way to eat steak that feels a lot healthier!
