Delicious! I finished it off in the oven whilst roasting some vegetables to mix with the couscous I made to go with it. A big hit with the whole family!

Really enjoyed this and the second time I made it added lots of extra veg, sugar snaps, mushrooms, runner beans which meant I could stretch the chicken to feed twice as many. Used lime as I didnt have any lemon and it worked just as well.

Very tasty, quick and easy. Added about 600ml of the stock which was plenty. Served with mash and veg

Very tasty but i tweaked it quite a bit, added chickpeas, honey, cumin and a little cinnamon. Took a lot longer to cook and a lot more lentils to thicken. It's more a curry than a stew but really really good and will prob be awesome tomorrow! Don't leave the pomegranate out, it made the dish for me and is fun to eat cause it pops in your mouth!
