Lemon roast chicken with garlic
Spring brings lighter flavours and this delicously citrussy roast is just the thing for a bistro-style meal

- Rub the olive oil, lemon zest and seasoning over the chicken legs, then sit them in a roasting tin with the lemon wedges and garlic. Roast for 50 minutes at 180C/fan 160C/gas 6.
- For a quick sauce, squeeze some of the roasted garlic out of its skin, mash into the mayo, and serve with the roast chicken, chips and salad.
