Really lovely! Cooked the broccoli in a lidded dish in the microwave for 2 minutes along with some green beans, dried well, then did exactly as recipe. A keeper! Served with lamb and champ mash.

Nice and easy, nice and tasty, would never have paired them together before but might not have plain old boring broccoli again!

I like this dish for it's simplicity and ease of making. Added some burnt garlic for that extra edge!

tasted great but the cheese just congealed together which didn't look so good

My husband doesn't like broccoli but he really liked this recipe, even said I could make it again!

I wasn't sure about this... didn't really like the idea of frying the cooked broccoli in butter - but it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be making again, and will make a point of topping broccoli with parmesan (with or without the butter) in future as the combination works so well.

I would never have thought of adding Parmessan to Broccoli but how delicious is this - even my husband loves it. Will definitely be doing this again.

I boiled the broccoli with bay leaves and a slice of fresh lemon.
In the pan i used olive oil instead of butter.

I added some pine nuts.

Instead of normal butter, I used 1T Lurpak garlic butter and tossed the steamed broccoli in that. Finished off using the parmesan as suggested.
