Ingredients
- â¢500g floury potatoes cut into chunks
- â¢200g tub low-fat soft cheese with garlic and herbs
- â¢150ml vegetable stock
- â¢4 tsp cornflour, blended with 2tbsp cold water
- â¢650g mixed fish cut into large chunks (cod, yellow haddock, salmon)
- â¢1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- â¢1 small carrot, cut into chunks
- â¢5tbs sweetcorn
- â¢5tbs peas
- â¢Dash of milk and 2 tsp butter to mash the potatoes
- â¢Grated cheese
Method
- STEP 1Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender (about 20 minutes).
