Method

  1. Heat oven to 220c/fan 200c/gas 6. Tip the potato wedges onto a large baking sheet, ensuring they sit in a single layer. Bake for 10 mins. Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise, shallot or onion, cheese, tuna and parsley.

  2. Tip the potato wedges into four individual or one large heatproof serving dish and spoon over the tuna mixture. Pop back in the oven for a further 12 mins, until bubbling.

Made this last night for my husband and fussy 4 year old. We all loved it! I made homemade wedges as more economical and used two tins of tuna in brine instead because that is what I had in. Really scrummy! Thank you :)

Way more delicious than you think it's going to be. I made it with home made wedges to save money and it was brilliant and still easy. Yum.

Delicious! I made my own wedges but boiled instead of baking them... And an added bonus my 10 month old daughter approved wolfing down a hearty portion. Definitely a recipe to be repeated.

This was gorgeous, though rather rich. I followed the tip to fry the shallot first, and made my own wedges. It's certainly one I shall repeat. It's very very easy but tastes quite special.

This makes a yummy saturday night supper! not the healthiest of dinners, but very tasty. Ran out of mayonnaise tonight, so used a splash of sweet chilli sauce, which worked very well! Also, when I make it, I fry the onions first, for a less pungent flavour

I've made this so many times, so quick and easy!
Also substituted the tuna for torn chicken on a few occasions and it's been yummy!

Nice and easy, served with garlic bread. I'm not a tuna fan, as I think it too dry, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thumbs up from the brood!

Very scrumptious. Took advice from reviews and used creme fraiche (hubby doesn't like mayo) and added cherry tomatoes. Made my own potato wedges (which does adds to the prep/cooking time) but agree that it definitely does need something like the tomatoes.

this has become a bit of a regular. Its replaced our usual take away lazy night. its so easy to make and it takes as long as waiting for the pizza to arrive. Ive also added chopped up pieces of pre-cooked chicken. Ive use left over and pre-prepared variations. It goes realy well. Also it makes a great sharing side to go with a home made pizza.

Hi i made this last night and everyone loved it. I ran out of mayonaise so i used ranch salad dressing instead, it worked really well cause of the herbs and garlic in it.
