Ingredients
- 150g butter
- 250g caster sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 225g milk chocolate, melted
- 150g self-raising flour
- 150g plain flour
- 1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- STEP 1Preheat the oven to gas mark 5/180C.
- STEP 2Mix all of the ingredients apart from flour, then fold in the flour, using either a wooden spoon or spatula.
- STEP 3Pour mix into a greased square, or round baking tin and bake for 40-55 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
