Ingredients

  • 150g butter
  • 250g caster sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 225g milk chocolate, melted
  • 150g self-raising flour
  • 150g plain flour
  • 1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to gas mark 5/180C.
  • STEP 2
    Mix all of the ingredients apart from flour, then fold in the flour, using either a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • STEP 3
    Pour mix into a greased square, or round baking tin and bake for 40-55 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  • STEP 4
