Ingredients
For the Deep Fried Brie
- Mild & Creamy French Brie 300g
- 1 Medium Egg
- 4 Slices of Bread, made into breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp Custard Powder
- 50g Plain Flour, to dust cheese
- Rocket Lettuce, to dress
For the Raspberry Coulis
- Punnit of Raspberries
- 1-2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 Teaspoon Kirsch (optional)
Method
- STEP 1Firstly put Flour and Custard Powder into a bowl and mix. In another bowl crack Egg and beat. In a third bowl place the Breadcrumbs.
