Try this quick easy sweetcorn recipe the Pakistani way, really yummy :)
- large tin of sweetcorn
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1/4 lemon
- red chilli powder
- Drain sweetcorn and heat in saucepan
- Remove from heat, add a good nob of butter, squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkling of red chilli powder
- You can use corn on the cob for this recipe, grill the corn, keep turning regularly to avoid burning, add butter, lemon and chilli :)))
- This is nice eaten on its own
