Nutty apple sarnies
Don't reach for the crisps - this healthy fibre- and protein-rich snack will see you through to dinner time

- Spread a little crunchy peanut butter on a small wholegrain roll or slice of bread. Top with sliced apple and watercress.
Virgin Mary soup
Microwave a mug of tomato juice with a good dash of Worcestershire sauce, then eat with a cheddar-topped cracker.
