Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 100g light muscovado sugar
- 55g rolled/porridge oats
- 120g wholemeal flour
- 120g self-raising flour
- 1 egg
- 50g pistachio nuts
Method
- STEP 1Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5/ 180C.
- STEP 2Beat the butter, sugar and then gradually the egg.
- STEP 3Fold in the flour, nuts, porridge oats and spoon onto a lined baking tray.
- STEP 4Bake for 15-25 minutes or until golden.
